The Life Care Fund ensures that no one is ever turned away or left without essential care due to financial hardship.

This special fund supports:

  • Seniors who have outlived their savings, allowing them to remain in their homes and receive the support they need to age with dignity.

  • Hospice patients who may not have insurance or who face unexpected end-of-life care needs due to age, job loss, or the weight of providing for a spouse and children.

  • Nursing home residents who are under- or uninsured, ensuring they continue to receive compassionate, quality care regardless of their ability to pay.

Towers Basic Needs

St. Augustine Towers Assisted Living offers a safe, supportive home for seniors 55+ to age with dignity. Most residents rely on Medicaid Waiver or PACE, which covers care and services—but not personal essentials. After paying for room and board, they’re left with just $50 a month to meet everyday needs such as: toiletries, clothing, medication co-pays, haircuts, snacks, cell phones, outings, apartment basics and more.
