We provide a continuum of health care ministries and outreach services that aid the most vulnerable within our community. St. Augustine Health Ministries has been serving senior adults and the chronically ill for over 50 years. Since 1969, we have evolved from a 167-bed elder-care facility to a comprehensive health care campus. Today, our broadening scope of compassionate care addresses the increasingly complex healthcare issues encountered by the diverse communities we serve. We serve each individual with compassion and trust in a higher purpose while embracing our core beliefs that life is precious and everyone deserves dignity and respect.
Members of the St. Augustine Health Ministries community have access to a comprehensive range of residential and community-based options. Our highly-acclaimed programs extend well beyond long-term care and include post-hospital rehabilitation, home health care, hospice, and a variety of outreach services.
