The Partners in Care Program, supports special initiatives that enhance care and quality of life across our entire ministry—touching lives at every age and every stage.
Each year, generous individuals, vendors, businesses and organizations play an integral role in helping us to meet the needs of all we serve. Partners in Care have the ability to direct their support to specific need, or fund, or sponsor one or multiple fundraising events hosted by our organization. Their support creates meaningful moments for those we serve—from unforgettable resident experiences and vital enrichment programs to staff appreciation and major fundraising events.
Every partnership helps us honor life, uplift spirits, and strengthen our community.
Each summer, we come together for one of our most cherished traditions — the Annual Resident and Family Festival. This week-long celebration, held outdoors under the big tent (weather permitting), is filled with music, food, games, and endless fun — all designed to enrich the lives of our residents.
Volunteers play a crucial role in making this event a success. They assist residents outdoors, help with games, and share in the joy of the festivities. It’s a meaningful opportunity to make a lasting impact while celebrating the beauty of summer and community together.

Each August, St. Augustine Health Campus rents and staffs Camp Cheerful to give our nursing home and assisted living residents an unforgettable camp experience—fishing, swimming, horse visits, campfires, and more. Some stay in cabins, others attend Day Camp, but all enjoy the freedom and fun of the great outdoors—at no cost to residents or families.
We’re proud to be the only long-term care facility in Ohio offering this kind of opportunity—but we need your help to make it happen!
