Good nutrition feeds the brain for better cognitive and physical health. By making informed food choices, it can even help manage or prevent diseases and other physical conditions.
As we age, our bodies call for different nutritional needs like increasing foods such as omega-3- fatty acids, which can help our mind stay sharp and consuming more calcium rich foods such as dark leafy greens, fortified cereals, and yogurt. Incorporating a nutrition plan into our lives is simply about making healthier choices on a regular basis, while still enjoying a variety of delicious food.
