St. Augustine Health Ministries Honors Employees for Dedicated Service at Annual Employee Recognition Dinner
Cleveland, OH, – The greatest asset of any organization is its employees. On October 16, a group of 61 employees from St. Augustine Health Ministries were honored with service milestones ranging from five to forty years at a special recognition dinner held at St. Augustine Health Campus. Founded just forty-five years ago, St. Augustine Health Ministries takes pride in being able to honor employees who have been with us almost since inception.
Of the employees honored, Dave Mordarski was honored for his 40 years of faithful service. Joan DeCosta and Karen King celebrated 35 years of compassionate care. Frances Edmunds, Joseph Regner, and Timothy Hermann were recognized for 30 years of service while Phyliss Lemaster and Samuel Shawn Manley were recognized for their 25 years with St. Augustine. Numerous employees were recognized for their 20, 15, 10 and 5 years of dedication.
The special evening wrapped up with four employees chosen by their peers to receive “The Health Ministries Way” Employee of the Year Awards. “The Health Ministries Way” identifies members of the staff who go above and beyond what’s required in their job to exemplify the mission, vision, values and exemplary customer services that make St. Augustine Health Ministries the best place to work and receive care.
