Forty employees from St. Augustine Health Ministries were recently recognized for service milestones ranging from five to fifty years at a special recognition dinner held on the St. Augustine Health Campus.
Linda Leisinger was honored for 50 years of dedicated service as a member of the nursing department on the Health Campus. Bob Liggett was recognized for 45 years as a member of the nursing team at Holy Family Hospice. Nineteen employees were honored for their longstanding commitment of 15+ years of commitment and dedication to serving our Mission.
“Our Ministry cannot function and deliver exceptional care and services to those in need unless all of you are making the contributions you make every single day,” said Rick Meserini, President & CEO. “It’s that kind of commitment and dedication that is not just about getting the job done. It’s about truly making a difference in the heart and lives of others – by your compassion, dedication, excellence and caring.”
We also took the time to thank our 12 retirees for their service and dedication. Their years of hard work have helped shape our organization, and we will forever cherish the impact they’ve made.
The special evening wrapped up with four employees chosen by their peers to receive
“The Health Ministries Way” Employee of the Year Awards. “The Health Ministries Way” identifies members of the staff who go above and beyond what’s required in their job to exemplify the mission, vision, values and exemplary customer services that make St. Augustine Health Ministries the best place to work and receive care.
Jonathon Kincaid was awarded Employee of the Year at the Health Campus.
Falesha Connell was named Employee of the Year at the Towers Assisted Living.
Traci Weiser was named Nursing Employee of the Year.
Congratulations to all our honorees and thank you for your unwavering commitment to our Residents and Patients. Your dedication is the heart of our success, and we look forward to many more years of shared accomplishments.
