$10,000 sign-on bonus St. Augustine Manor is hiring for RN/LPN nurses dayt shift. You will be responsible for overseeing admissions, STNA’s, assessments, and medication passes. We are a team environment and all help out where needed with whatever best benefits the residents. We are a mission based non-profit facility. St. Augustine Manor has created a new classification of employee and it may be the right fit for you! We have a new classification for hourly staff members who will work a minimum of 30 hours per week- regular schedule, every other weekend, every other holiday and in exchange for giving up benefits like health insurance, PTO and a 401K, just to name a few, you will get a higher wage rate and a cash in lieu of health insurance stipend in your pay. Wages start at $33 an hour for an LPN and go up based on experience and $48 an hour for an RN. You are still eligible for shift differential, bonuses and tuition assistance.
