Payroll/Medical Record Assitant

Job Description

Holy Family Hospice and Home Care is looking for an administrative assistant. The key role for this person will be keying payroll time for the community hospice and home care employees. This is the majority of the time for the position. Familiarity with Kronos is preferred. This position also assists with medical records, creating admission folders, educational booklets, answering phones, updating emergency plan notebook, uploading client information into the EMR system, and maintaining other forms per regulations.



Computer familiarity and ability is necessary.
