DESCRIPTION:On Monday September 18th you are invited to join us for a fun day of golf followed by a fall clambake (or steak) and auction\, all while supporting the Mission of St. Augustine Health Ministries.\n \nSt. Augustine Health Ministries has a long and successful history of meeting the needs of older adults\, the medically complex and those faced with chronic and/or life-limiting illness throughout the greater Cleveland area. St. Augustine Health Ministries is committed to serving all in need\, regardless of religion or ability to pay. 81% of those served are un/underinsured. No one is turned away for their inability to pay. \nYour generous support will be used to expand our services to at-risk individuals through the use of Telemedicine. This technology will give patients/residents important medical service access to their doctors without leaving their home/bed. Our palliative\, home health\, assisted living and ventilator nursing teams will be able to live stream high quality images and data from integrated (connected) medical devices and stream it in real time to the remote physician within minutes. \nPlease consider sponsorship\, auction donation\, round of golf with friends\, general donation or for the delicious clambake or steak!
