Angels on the Avenue, in cooperation with Uncle John’s Plant Farm, is proud to offer pre-season certificates at discounted pricing for all flats (including vegetables), hanging baskets and geraniums. Proceeds from this sale benefit St. Augustine Health Ministries and Angels on the Avenue Charities of Choice program.
Simply call Angels on the Avenue members Joe (216.701.3143) or John (216.701.3146) to purchase the number of certificates you would like for the specific item you are interested in. (Certificates include total cost of the item and tax.) After receiving your certificates, take them to Uncle John’s Plant Farm, at your leisure (no specific day these need to be redeemed on), pick out your choice of product, present your certificate, and be on your way to planting!
There are no limits to the amount of certificates you may purchase. These certificates make excellent gifts for those who love to beautify the earth and help a great cause!
