General Maintenance/Electrician

St. Augustine Manor is looking for a General Maintenance/Electrician to join our maintenance team!

The primary functions of this position include: maintain buildings, grounds, security and equipment. Responsible for the repair, maintenance, construction and remodeling of electrical equipment and systems. Works hands-on in a healthcare environment with installation, repair, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of a variety of building electrical equipment and HVAC systems. The Electrician must be current with all applicable codes.

The ideal candidate would have extensive knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and all related equipment.

This position will be responsible for following through on the Preventative Maintenance program as well as completing general tasks such as painting, outdoor tasks, and other routine maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in an institutional or commercial setting, healthcare experience a plus.
