The St. Augustine Health Campus scored 100% compliance on COVID-19 Infection Control Survey by the Ohio Department of Health (ODH). ODH performed the survey to determine if our skilled nursing facility was in compliance with state and federal requirements related to implementing proper infection prevention and control practices to prevent the development and transmission of COVID-19. The survey found that our facility was in complete compliance with all requirements and no deficiencies were cited!
During this survey process, surveyors:
  • Review medical records, policies and protocols
  • Observe practices including cleaning, screening, proper use/discarding of PPE
  • Conduct interviews with management, staff and residents regarding policy and procedure knowledge
  • Review communications with staff, residents, families and the local health department.

Congratulations to our team for all of their hard work!
