Housekeeping Service Tech - St. Augustine Health Ministries

Job Description

Part-time, day shift including every other weekend. One to two years’ housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting, preferred. Will assist with patients’ room transfers and moving patients’ belongings in/out of facility.  General cleaning of hallways, furniture, walls, rooms, lobby areas, and lavatories.  Will assist with room set-up’s for special events/meetings.  Other housekeeping service duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must be skilled in using floor cleaning/buffing/polishing machines and carpet cleaning machines. Must be physically able to perform all job duties without restriction and lift, pull and push up to 50 lbs.  Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.  Bi-lingual English/Spanish, a plus.
