St. Augustine Health Ministries congratulates Towers Assisted Living staff on receiving a deficiency free survey from the Ohio Department of Health.

Cleveland –  The Towers assisted living, located on the St. Augustine Health Campus, again received a deficiency free survey from the Ohio Department of Health. The news comes as no surprise since, true to our mission, St. Augustine is a leader in the care and services provided to older adults.

The Ohio Department of Health performs annual inspections of all assisted living facilities located in the state. The unannounced inspections cover all areas of health and safety, critically examining day-to-day operations of the facilities.

The assisted living residences at the Towers, located on the St. Augustine Health Campus, is in a vibrant and rejuvenated Detroit Shoreway neighborhood. St. Augustine Towers offers 99 affordable assisted living apartments for those 55 and up, overlooking the beautiful Lake Erie shoreline and the Cleveland skyline and is convenient to downtown, trendy restaurants, shopping, and sporting events.
